The most impact of this is on the skin, so we have to take care of skin in the monsoon more than all of us. There is also sometimes fungal infection in the skin, which can be kept away if taken care of.

Skin related problems and fungal infections are more in rain, because the skin remains moisture for longer periods of time. To avoid all this, taking bath with light hot water and using antifungal cream, soap and powder is appropriate.

You can apply some domestic packs in the monsoon from time to time, which are as follows:

1. Anardana acts as antioxidant and due to its richness of Vitamin C, it is beneficial for dry skin. Take 2 spoons of pomegranate and 1 cup raw oatmeal in a bowl and mix 2 tablespoons of honey and some buttermilk in it and make paste and keep it on the face for 10 minutes. After this wash the face with light hot water.

2. Embark on an apple. Add 1-1 teaspoon of sugar and milk to it. Make a facepack by mixing a few drops of camomile in it and keep it on the face for 15 minutes. Wash the face after this. This will reduce your skin duration.
