If Snake Bites, Try These Things - Snakebite Treatment

SHARE

India is at the forefront of the number of deaths worldwide due to snake cutting. According to the WHO, 83,000 people are victims of snake bite every year and 11,000 of them die. The biggest reason for death is not an immediate primary treatment. There are approximately 236 species of snakes in India. Most of these snakes are not poisonous.

The common perception is that all snakes are dangerous, but the bites of such snakes are just wounds, death is caused by panic. There are 13 species of toxic snakes in the country, four of which are highly toxic-Cobra (Snake), Russell Wiper, Scalped Viper and Kerat. Most of the deaths in the country are caused by snake or wheat and wheat bite.

Honorary Secretary General of IMA Dr. K.K. Agarwal points out that we all should be aware of the first treatment on a snake bite. At the right time, the right treatment can prevent snake death.

They said that we should remember that not all snakes are dangerous, so there should not be panic on snake bites. As a first aid, firstly the poison should be prevented from spreading and the patient should be brought to a health center as soon as possible.

Always remember these things:

Take away the victim from the snake and help him overcome the nervousness

Keeping yourself safe, find the species of

snake; If you wear any jewel in the snake bite, then take it off Let the

patient wear shoes, wear off, do not wear clothes if they are convenient

Tie the bandage on the wound. Use tree bark, a piece of paper, a sleeping bag or backpack frame for the

bandage, do not tamper with the wound, after binding the bandage to the nearest health center

, do not let the patient walk at all, because muscle rubbing is poisoned faster Dr. Agrawal said that the

patient can not spread aspirin or any pain reliever medicine with his mind,

that it is usually a myth that the snake can be transmitted through blood transfusion To stop it should be tightly tapped and pulled out of the mouth to remove the poison, but these things should be avoided. Actually, they have a risk of damage to the veins and blood vessels and the risk of infection.

They said that poison gets very little when pulled from the mouth. By pressing the pressure bandage, the arteries can rupture and severe damage to the patient.
