How To Do Cate Pose (Majaryasana)

  1. Begin on your arms and knees (all fours). Knees immediately under hips and wrists, elbows and shoulders consistent with each different. Neck in step with your backbone, gaze resting softly at the floor.
  2. Spread your hands and press thru the base of the palms and the finger tips.
  3. Exhale and spherical your spine towards the ceiling, lifting the side waists.
  4. Pull in your abdominals and tuck your tailbone, lightly contracting your glutes. Try to hold your shoulders and knees in function.
  5. Launch your head toward the ground and press firmly into your fingers.
  6. Inhale and are available again into your neutral starting position.
